France has no right to dictate to countries what drugs to vaccinate, says Maria Zakharova.
The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed outrage over the statement by the Secretary of State at the French Foreign Ministry, Clement Bona, regarding the Russian and Chinese vaccines against the COVID-19 coronavirus. With a corresponding statement spoke the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova on Sunday, July 11.
Earlier, Clement Bon expressed regret that Greece allows passengers who have been vaccinated with vaccines made in Russia or in China into its territory.
“We condemn France for such discriminatory statements by its high-ranking representative, which revive the spirit of neo-Nazi segregation in Europe,” Zakharova said.
She believes that given that it is not the first such statement French diplomatic service, this is no longer Bon’s personal opinion, but the country’s political position.
Zakharova said that the French department has no right to dictate to countries what drugs to vaccinate.
“It is not for the French Foreign Ministry to dictate to countries and peoples what vaccines to vaccinate. Obviously, the French Foreign Ministry is offended for its power, which has failed to develop its own vaccine. The efforts of the French company, which tried very hard, but could not. We sympathize with the failure of France, have failed.” she added.
Let’s remind, in Russia the second week mortality from coronavirus is off scale… Over the past week, more than 5,000 people have died for the first time in the country.
The Kremlin also recognized the failure of the coronavirus vaccination plan… Until the fall, it will not be possible to achieve vaccination of 60% of citizens.
