A police patrol checked a shuttle bus outside Manglerud center at 3.40.
– The patrol found several errors, among other things, the tachograph was not in proper condition, and a unit was used while driving, which is not allowed. Therefore, the bus driver was both reported and deprived of the certificate, says operations manager Gjermund Stokkli in the Oslo police district to NTB.
Thus, the Russians were without a bus, and that led to a bad mood.
– Several became angry at the police, and we had to send more patrols to the place to calm people down. Two Russians have been reported for insulting police officers, says the operations manager.
He says the Russian bus will be towed in, but first the Russian was driven up to Stovner where the bus comes from.
– We could not leave the Russians without transport at Manglerud, so they got that service, says Stokkli.
