Rural Theater Cycle Brings Live Performances to Remote Areas in San Vicente

With the aim of taking the theater to points far from the province, this week the Rural Theater Cycle began in San Vicente and the cultural manager, Lucas Ismael Bracamonte, from the rural area, told Cadena de Noticias the proposals that they will be developing six theater groups on Route 14 in San Vicente for primary school students.

The theater groups will be around a week, they began to develop their proposals this Monday and will last until Saturday, per day they are carrying out up to three different works.

Bracamonte, explained that the idea was born after the news in the theater groups that in San Vicente on Route 14, everything related to the scenic, choral and theatrical parts were being relegated and forgotten, “we found out that in some places they were developing artistic activities, but who had no reference and This cycle aims for them to have a knowledge of what theater is and everything related to this world.since being places far from the downtown area it can go more unnoticed ».

This year it was commented that They will seek to visit 15 schools, however, they assured that over the years they hope to be able to continue adding more schools.

This event is organized by the Mboyeré theater group and has the support of the National Theater Institute, the Municipality of San Vicente, the Directorate of Culture and Education of San Vicente and the Provincial Institute of Independent Theater.
