A few days ago we already reported that the remake of The Last Of Us (2013) most likely to come out this year. You can do anything about that here read. Now the rumor has been added that there is also a The Last Of Us: Part II Director’s Cut will be added.
It is expected that, as with the remake, the new functions of the PlayStation 5 will be used here. Think of faster loading times, ray-tracing, haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. It is not known whether additional missions and/or story will be added. This isn’t the first time Sony has released a special version for the PlayStation 5: Death Stranding in Ghost of Tsushima already preceded.
With TLOU2 MP and TLOU 2 directors cut – I’ve heard they are coming too – But I don’t know exactly when/how.
Them all releasing together could be a good compromise if GOW got delayed to Q1 2023 – But that’s just speculation on my end for the moment.

In The Last Of Us: Part II We follow Ellie who goes on a revenge mission after a traumatic experience. In post-apocalyptic Seattle, she has to deal with various factions vying for power. While she leaves behind a trail of violence, the question arises how far she is willing to go for her revenge.
The Last Of Us Part II is controversial among critics and fans. The story and themes caused great division among fans of the franchise. However, the graphics and gameplay are unanimously praised. Last year a patch was released that allows the game to be played on the PlayStation 5 in 4K and 60FPS.
Both The Last Of Us as The Last Of Us: Part II are available exclusively for PlayStation consoles.
