Reported MirrorPutin is rumored to be undergoing surgery, possibly cancer surgery, according to leaked news allegedly from within the Kremlin.
The news spread on the General SVR Telegram channel.
The channel is reportedly run by the former Lieutenant General of the Foreign Intelligence Service Russia.
It said Putin had been told by doctors that the operation would leave him “powerless” for some time.
Therefore, he should have briefly handed over the reign of power to an aide.
There has been no official confirmation regarding Putin’s health condition.
