The Last of Us Part 3 has not yet been officially announced by Naughty Dog or Sony Interactive Entertainment, but an unofficial source ensures that the studio is already preparing to start capturing motions and voices.
ViewerAnon, a source known for revealing early information about the film industry and occasionally about video games, ensures that Naughty Dog is already preparing the motion capture sessions and says that Ellie will again be a key player in the third game.
In December 2022, ViewerAnon said that Naughty Dog is working on The Last of Us Part 3 and now ensures that the game is in production and ready to enter an important phase later this year.
“Look, it’s early days, story details are tweaked and everything is subject to potential change, but I assure you I’ve heard that Ellie is at least as important in The Last of Us Part 3 as she is in Part 2.”
“All I can say is that I’ve been very vocal about The Last of Us Part 3 being in development and others are finally starting to take notice. Principal photography takes place this year.”
Officially, Naughty Dog has only confirmed that it works on several games and the multiplayer experience is on pause so it makes sense that the other projects start to progress at a better pace.
Look, it’s early, story details are tweaked and everything is potentially up in the air to be changed, but I assure you I’ve heard Ellie is at least as important in LAST OF US PART III as she was in PART II. https://t.co/WYdKRFo0pG
