Rumor: Xbox Games Showcase scheduled for early 2023

In recent months, Microsoft Gaming has focused mainly on the purchase of Activision Blizzard and on the investigations that the various competition authorities are carrying out.

Though focused on fighting Sony Interactive Entertainment’s words, Microsoft Gaming has been very quiet about the new games its studios are producing, but that will change soon,

At least that’s what WindowsCentral’s Jez Corden guarantees, who said in a recent podcast that he has been informed by his sources that Microsoft Gaming is planning a presentation focused on games for early 2023.

Taking into account the absence at the Game Awards and the silence on its upcoming releases, Microsoft could start 2023 showing more than Starfield, Redfall and Forza MotorSport, some of its expected games for next year.

Titles like Fable, Avowed, Perfect Dark, Contraband and Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 are also in development, but we don’t know yet when they will be presented.
