Rumor: successor Nokia 8.3 phone has 108-megapixel camera and 6000mAh battery – Tablets and phones – News

The Finnish HMD Global is said to be working on a successor to the Nokia 8.3 smartphone. The phone, which might be called Nokia X50, is rumored to have five rear cameras, including a primary 108-megapixel camera.

The phone features an unannounced Snapdragon SM7350, reported Nokia Poweruser. This may concern the Snapdragon 780, the successor to last year’s Snapdragon 765 that has that SM7350 as the model number.

The phone has five lenses on the back, according to Nokiapoweruser. The primary camera has a 108-megapixel sensor, while there is also a camera with ultra-wide-angle lens, telephoto lens, macro lens and a depth sensor. The Nokia 8.3 has four lenses. The camera with telephoto lens does not have the current most expensive Nokia phone.

The device is rumored to have a 6.5 “screen with 1440p resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The device would also have a 6000mAh battery, which is an above average capacity for a smartphone in 2021. The phone will arrive according to the site in the second half of the year. HMD announced its new X series earlier this month, featuring the X10 and X20.
