London –
Rumor Mason Mount towards Manchester United has not died down. Latest, Chelsea reportedly ready to remove the Mount because it already has one Cesare Casadei!
Manchester United keep in touch with Mason Mount. The issue is, the Red Devils want to target Mount in order to strengthen their attack line.
Needless to say, Mount has not extended his contract at Chelsea, which expires in the summer of 2024. Allegedly, Mount asked for a salary increase and this was difficult for the club to grant.
Reported from Daily Star, Chelsea maybe let go Mason Mount in this summer of 2023. Instead of continuing to use his services until the 24-year-old player’s contract expires, The Blues will lose him later on a free transfer.
On the other hand, Chelsea actually has a lot of ammunition in midfield. One of them who is stealing attention is Cesare Casadei!
Cesare Casadei currently playing with the Italian U-20 national team at the Argentina U-20 World Cup and so far he has reached the semifinals. Casadei, the attacking midfielder, is again the top scorer with six goals in five matches.
Cesare Casadei now still 20 years old. He was bought Chelsea from Inter Milan in the summer of 2022 for 15 million Euros.
Casadei was then loaned out to Championship side Reading. Casadei is considered capable of replacing Mason Mount’s role as the mastermind of the Blues attack.
