I actually buy 90% of my stuff from Amazon. Never ever complain with (free) returns, my money back in no time, super warranty (After almost 2 years your money back for a non-defective but vaguely functioning receiver), everything that breaks within warranty will be returned after returning it. la minute refunded, super (Free to call) (Customer) service.
No webshop in the Netherlands even comes close to this. No Bol.com misery for me (you can call customer service dozens of times at your own expense and wait weeks for your money because of their blunders) or Coolblue (No, ehhh… we lost your return Uhhhh) mess anymore.
If you like to play the noble knight and would rather get less service for more money, fine, but do so for the right reasons, not for an Indian story you’ve read somewhere, and which will take on a life of their own.
(No, unfortunately no Amazon shares)….
