It is not often that Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge raves about other players in public. The 65-year-old has now made an exception for Mohamed Salah. Rummenigge also commented on a possible involvement of the Egyptian at FC Bayern.
The 28-year-old right winger has developed into one of the best wingers in the world in recent years. Although Salah is set at Liverpool FC and delivers scorer points like on the assembly line, this is always associated with a farewell to Anfield Road. Karl-Heinz Rummenigge now indicated that Bayern would not be averse.
Rummenigge compares Salah to Messi and Ronaldo
In an interview with “ON Time Sports”, the 65-year-old commented on Salah as follows: “Of course, he has all the skills necessary to play for the best teams in the world. What he has achieved can definitely be compared with what Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo achieved in Barcelona and Madrid, respectively, ”he said, describing the Liverpool star as the“ Messi of Africa ”.
To see Salah play in the Bayern shirt would be “undoubtedly an honor” for FCB, according to Rummenigge.
