Rumen Radev hopes the 2023 budget to be adopted by the end of the year and to quickly form a government. If this does not happen, the interim government is ready to present a bill on the state budget. If it comes to this, Radev will insist that the people’s representatives approach responsibly and not pre-election.
Radev also praised the work of Galab Donev’s office. Together with the interim government’s efforts, he managed within 2 months to develop the bills for the Recovery Plan, from Radev expects them to be accepted urgently – “not only for the funding provided, but above all for the role of these laws in unlocking important and expected reforms – for the strengthening of the state, the affirmation of the rule of law, the fight against corruption at the highest levels of power and the de facto inviolability of the Attorney General, for a global modernization of the economy and of the country
