This is no longer about domestic political dramas, but about the fate of our country. If a society continues to be non-participative and bow down in the face of obvious problems, it is doomed to decline. This reconciliation has brought us to where we are today.
The National Assembly is infiltrated by severely compromised figures with a voracious appetite to dispose of the state institutions.
This was stated by the head of state Rumen Radev to journalists on the occasion of the solemn celebration of the 60th anniversary of the declaration of Radnevo as a city.
“The most repulsive thing for the intellect of the Bulgarians and our Euro-Atlantic partners is that this grotesque thing is carried out by people sanctioned by our partners for grant corruption. This is a big Bulgarian topic and I expect all institutions, offices, prosecutor’s office and parties to take clear actions”, he added.
According to him, at the moment, party leaders have focused on presenting beautiful projects, but have bowed down to fundamental problems. “If they do not intervene, their beautiful projects are doomed to failure.” They cannot answer this fundamental question, and I am sure that our society expects this from the parties in this campaign,” Radev was categorical.
