Rumen Radev broke the constitution and is no longer president

How the president Rumen Radev it is on the order by which he ordered revocation Gorica Kožareva for an interim prime minister – that’s what the head of the DPS wants Delyan Peevski. According to him, the head of state violated the constitution by changing the acting prime minister.

“How Mr. Cash-Radev stopped the order of the former appointed prime minister. At this moment, when he broke the constitution, he is almost no longer president. I am surprised that none of the colleagues accepted it. He is already ready to violate the constitution and, if that is established, he will not automatically become president,” Peevski said after the caretaker government was sworn into parliament.

According to him, there is no need for an impeachment procedure. “If the court rules that the president has violated the constitution, there will be no need for impeachment if a violation is committed,” said Peevski.

However, the DPS cannot appeal to the Constitutional Court themselves, as they do not have enough representatives. They need 1/5 of the deputies (48 people), and the movement’s parliamentary group is already only 22 people. “As you can see, all parties are kneeling before him. I don’t know why. He’s just a thief with his whole gang. I will reveal them and guarantee that Bulgaria belongs to the Bulgarians, not to Russia. and Moscow,” said the deputy.

Peevski refused to evaluate the new caretaker government. “The assessment should be given by the one who appointed him after he went against the constitution,” he said. And to the claims that a new minister is within Atanas Ilkov near him, he replied: “When I listen to them, all the interior ministers are mine, all the ministers are mine, the prime minister is mine, only the president isn’t it. And maybe it’s mine too, and that’s what I hear from them.”
