/ world today news/ The Chairman of the PP ABV Rumen Petkov congratulated the newly elected Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Slovak Republic Robert Kaliniak. In a letter to him, delivered through the ambassador of Slovakia, H.E. Vasil Grivna, Petkov expresses satisfaction with the development of relations between our two countries and personal gratitude to Kaliniak for the support of the Slovak Republic for the support provided for Bulgaria’s full membership in the European Union.
In his greeting to Robert Kaliniak, Rumen Petkov emphasizes the long-standing friendship between them and the fruitful cooperation over the years. The text of the letter also states:
„..I remember with pleasure all the meetings with you, where I was always impressed by your erudition, intelligence and experience. I am also proud of our connection with the city of Pleven.
I will be happy to work together again in the name of a European course guaranteeing our traditions and prosperity, for dynamics in relations with strategic partners for Europe. For peace and security…”
In a conversation with His Excellency Vasil Grivna Rumen Petkov expressed confidence that the dynamics of relations between Bulgaria and Slovakia will strengthen. He also emphasized the importance of cooperation regarding left-wing policies between ABV and the Slovak Left.
