TANGERANG – Satpol PP will unload heir concrete fence H Ruli, on Jalan Akasia, No 1, RT04 / 03, Tajur, Ciledug, Tangerang City, by force, using heavy equipment, on Thursday, March 17, 2021.

This is because the 2 meter high concrete fence, approximately 200 meters long, stands on 2.5 meters of land accessible to the Brebes Plot entrance. Ruli claims that the land is a legacy from her father. So, he has the right to build anything on the land.
Problems arose when the concrete fence with barbed wire on it blocked the entrance to the family home of the late Munir. The absence of road access left Munir’s family isolated.

Tomorrow, the fence will be torn down with heavy equipment by the Tangerang City Satpol PP. The government had to take this firm stance, because several times the mediation with Ruli was always unsuccessful. However, today Ruli came to ask the Satpol PP.
He said he would stick with the concrete fence. “I will survive,” said Ruli, to Satpol PP officers, as quoted by the Head of Gakumda Satpol PP Tangerang City, Gufron Falfeli, at the location of the fence, Tuesday (16/3/2021).
He explained that in the meeting, H Ruli’s attitude was still the same. He remained firm in the attitude that the land was his and the concrete fence was his right, so that it was impossible for him to break it down.
“We say, do not take physical resistance. After all, we will both go through legal channels. Our hope is that if we do not accept it through legal channels. Yes, he is adamant, I will survive, he said. I said, don’t do Hajj,” continued Gufron again.
In tomorrow’s execution, Satpol PP will be assisted by TNI / Polri officers. So, if there is resistance from paid thugs, his party will not be afraid. However, he hopes for execution the concrete fence works fine.
“Regarding the execution, we are still taking over this road. The point is he asked for policy, but we don’t give him, we will still carry out the execution. He asked for policy, because he felt he had legal ownership. Only we are not the domain of negotiations,” he explained.
Meanwhile, the heir to the land owner, H Yuri, said that the Tangerang City Government could not do anything arbitrarily on behalf of the residents by dismantling the concrete fence. He is also a citizen who has the same rights and obligations.
“Just leave it, let it be. Mr. Ruli will also later be sued. (Government) He must first discuss with the person who made it, why the fence is built, right there must be a clarification from here,” concluded Yuri’s wife.
