Some people perceive it positively and begin to work even harder, while others stop in their professional growth and begin to think that they have already outgrown the level of the team and championship in which they play. Our coaching staff is working in this direction, because this is a very serious psychological moment. Just yesterday, the lion’s share of Rukh players were young men, but today the media is already paying attention to them and starting to promote them. So they react to this – each in a different way.
If there is a specific appeal to our club from those interested, then “Rukh” will not keep anyone. But so far there are only a lot of rumors, but there are no official letters. It was not like any club wanted to invite Kvasnica, Sapuga or Slyubik. All this is at the level of conversations. Therefore, you shouldn’t focus on this, but you need to continue working,” Ponomarev said.
