Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Rui Vitoria, the coach of the Egyptian national team, announced on Saturday the team’s roster to participate in the Africa Cup of Nations finals, scheduled to be held between next January and February.
There were 27 players on the list, including Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool star, and Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny, while Mahmoud Al-Wansh, Yasser Ibrahim, Abdullah Al-Saeed, Bassem Morsi, Hussein Al-Shahat, and Mohamed Sharif were absent.
