Rudolf-Matthias Hübner is Head of Corporate Acquisitions and Corporate Law in Cologne.
He has overseen numerous corporate transactions in the national and international area with complex restructurings. In addition to a large number of financial investors, Rudolf-Matthias Hübner has advised companies of all sizes on their M&A transactions, from simple business takeovers to transactions in the well-billion euro range.
Rudolf-Matthias Huebner often works as a lecturer for renowned seminar institutes such as Euroforum, Management Circle, Forum Institute Heidelberg and the Center for Corporate Succession. In addition to various publications on tax and corporate law, he has become known as a co-author of “Sudhoff Unternehmensnachstieg” and as chairman of the Center for Corporate Succession eV.
