Rudkovsky turned to Zelensky with an open letter

“According to my information, on Friday, March 5, at 11:00, Oleg Seminsky, together with the Deputy Prosecutor General and the key People’s Deputy from the Servant of the People faction, were with the President of Ukraine and formed his opinion in the case of the disappearance in order to get the opportunity to illegally influence the law enforcement system and courts “, – writes Rudkovsky.

According to the ex-minister, he would also like to meet with the president, but in the absence of such an opportunity, he is forced to address the head of state through the media.

According to him, since 2012, investigators and prosecutors have never summoned him to testify in the case of Seminsky’s disappearance. And the investigation itself and the search for the missing began just at the insistence of the ex-minister.

The letter also says that immediately after the information about Rudkovsky’s involvement in this case appeared, he returned to Ukraine, but was never summoned by law enforcement officers to testify.

The ex-minister dwelled separately on the goals that, in his opinion, are pursued by Seminsky. “He (Seminsky, – ed.), As a member of the Servant of the People faction, using his official position and hiding behind the name of the President of Ukraine, is engaged in banal extortion and is trying to take a part of my company from me. By the way, he has never been a shareholder of this company, but he was just a hired manager, “Rudkovsky writes.

He also stressed that while in a Russian prison (Rudkovsky was accused of attacking the Russian embassy in Kiev in 2014), he was subjected to pressure from the criminals and security forces of the aggressor state.

“He (Seminsky, – ed.) So wants to take possession of property that does not belong to him, that with his partner he sank to such meanness as threats and pressure not only against me, but also against my family,” the letter says. …

In his opinion, the President of Ukraine is now being misled in connection with this case.

“I once again confirm that I had nothing to do with the disappearance of Oleg Seminsky, and just like you, I am interested in a fair public investigation,” Rudkovsky sums up.
