Last night in the American Hockey League (AHL), Christian Ruby and the Toronto Marlies played Springfield’s Thunderbirds 5: 4 for the third time in a row.
Rubin accumulated a negative efficiency of -1 in this success, as well as made one shot at the opponent’s goal. In total, the Latvian has scored four (1 + 3) performance points, six penalty minutes and an efficiency of -1 in 22 games in the AHL tournament this season.
It is interesting that the Marlies scored all five goals in the first period, which allowed them to win 5: 1 after the first 20 minutes of the match. Two accurate shots were delivered by Toronto club Finnish hockey player Anti Suomela, but four assists were scored by defender Krips Krals. Marlies ranks third in the Northern Division with 30 points in 26 duels.
