Luis Rubiales stored private whatsapp conversations with Pedro Sanchez. Both the former Minister of Culture and the former president of the CSD have lamented in recent hours that Rubiales betrayed their trust by recording private conversations without their knowledge. The discomfort extends to the entire Sánchez government. The RFEF issued a statement on Wednesday to unlink Rubiales from these audios and videos, but the revelations of El Confidencial have shown that he was not only aware that recordings were being made, but that he himself made sure that the captures had a impeccable quality.
