The laptop with the 4090 is registered under the name “X370SNx”, it could be announced next week at CES 2023 (January 5 – January 8).
If you are already looking at laptops with a 3070TI so the prices are largely between 1799 and 4000 euros.
Connection
I can hardly imagine that this laptop will be on the market for less than 3000-4000 euros.
On the next page you can see a comparison with other benchmarks:

The following is just from my experience:
Personally, I don’t really have much experience with laptops versus desktops, I noticed with my previous laptops that they started to slow down at some point and the video cards could hardly be cooled anymore, not even after a cleaning and a cooling pad of the laptop below. There was also quite a lot of noise from the fans.
This is now 5~ years ago, with mid to high end laptops at the time, but I can hardly imagine these laptops not getting hot under load and making noise depending on the fans (+curve).
My brother recently bought a laptop for something like 2000 euros with a 3070TI and that thing makes more noise under load than my desktop PC. In terms of temperatures, I don’t have any pictures of this laptop, but given the noise it makes, it will get so high that fans are continually racing at what appears to be 100% while playing heavier games.
A laptop is handy to have for work and/or travel, but I think it’s a waste of money to buy a high-end laptop, especially at current prices, as you often buy higher priced components than the desktop variant and they often underperform. Besides the fact that a flaw in my experience occurs earlier.
