The Leipzig radio holding company Regiocast is teaming up with RTL Radio Deutschland to jointly find and implement investments in the audio sector. The name of the joint venture RCTL is made up of the letters of the companies involved, the designated managing directors of the holding are Rainer Poelmann and Stephan Schmitter.
