The Champions League and the Europa League can be seen on other channels from the 2024/2025 season. RTL and Talpa’s contract with the UEFA European football association expires after next season.

Sports marketer Chris Woerts of Talpa, who owns channels SBS6 and Veronica, announced the news Friday night on the talk show. Inside Today. Woerts was involved in the negotiations.

Veronica also broadcasts the Conference League, the third European club tournament. The Europa League and Conference League can also be seen on the ESPN pay channel. Ziggo Sport currently owns the Champions League rights along with RTL.
