18 ott. 2024 – The union formation of the FP CGIL continues in Lombardy in view of the elections to renew the RSU and RLSSA in environmental hygiene. The module of October 14th, held at the Milan Chamber of Labor, will be repeated at the headquarters of the regional category in via Palmanova 22 on Wednesday 23 October from 9.30 to 16.30.

To give the course to the delegates, the national trainer Elena Giustozzi.

Among the topics covered, the role of the RSU and trade union communication, including that to be used on social media, for the electoral campaign and beyond, are essential.

10 Oct. 2024 – In preparation for elections for the renewal of RSUs and RLSSAswhich will be held on December 3 and 4, the National FP Cgil has prepared a training package for environmental hygiene delegates on multiple modules, both in person and online, who will see how first stop in Lombardy on Monday 14 October, from 9.30am to 4pm, at the Milan Chamber of Labour.

“Among the topics covered there are only representation and representativeness, the role of the RSU, the values ​​and policies of the CGIL, trade union communication (also through the use of social networks), the national contract, with its rules and pay slip – explains Daniele Pirri, FP Cgil Lombardy coordinator -. These appointments – he adds – are not only important opportunities for relationships, participation and discussion but have the aim of providing tools for learning or strengthening one’s knowledge and skills in trade union matters, also sharing a common language and developing or consolidating the identity values ​​and organisation”.
