RSM carried out the buy-side accounting and financial due diligence for Notus Technologies when it acquired a stake in Douze Cycles

Thanks to this operation, carried out by Benoit Coustaux, RSM partner, the team is thus strengthening its expertise in supporting family holding companies.

This equity investment reinforces Notus Technologies’ commitment to soft mobility following the acquisition in 2017 of Amsterdam Air, leader in the sale of online scooters and twin-carriers, and the acquisition of the majority of the capital of Nihola France, manufacturer of 100% made in France scooters, last November.

Created in 2012 by Thomas Coulbeaut, DOUZE Cycles designs, manufactures and markets twin-carriers and longtail bikes. Established between Dijon and Beaune, the company distributes half of its production for export, particularly in Germany, Benelux and Switzerland. DOUZE Cycles cargo bikes are known for their robustness, maneuverability and characteristic clean design.

Since its creation, DOUZE Cycles has positioned itself as a key player in the market, equipping many professionals for their delivery activities, but also families. The Burgundy company is also the supplier of the Véligo program, which makes long-term rental cargo bikes available to Ile-de-France residents, and of V-Logistics, a program which aims to support professionals towards sustainable mobility solutions.
