As it became known to the “Championship”, all matches of the Russian championship after the resumption of the tournament, with a high degree of probability, will be shown for free. The remaining meetings of the RPL will show the channels of the Match TV holding. This option was discussed yesterday, June 5, at a general meeting of RPL clubs. Previously, the holding showed only a few matches of the tour for free. The remaining meetings were broadcast on paid channels.
The RPL was suspended after the 22nd round due to the coronavirus pandemic. At the time of the suspension of the tournament in the standings, the first place is occupied by Zenit, which scored 50 points. The second place is occupied by Lokomotiv, the third – Krasnodar (41 each).
The championship of Russia will resume on June 19. Rospotrebnadzor allowed spectators to enter the stadiums. They will be able to take no more than 10% of the seats in the stands. In this case, the decision on the admission of spectators will be made by local authorities.
