Royalty reporter Jeroen Snel is not sorry about his departure from the EO and the royalty program Blue Blood. RTL Boulevard, for which he now works, helped with that. That is what Snel, who worked for about twenty years with the EO program, tells the NPO Radio 1 program De Perstribune.
“It is never fun when your child, what you have presented with soul and passion for years, week in week out, changes,” says Snel at the radio program. The program as he had made it “no longer existed”. “Sometimes it is good to be forced to say: what am I doing and what do I want.”
That characterizes him, says the royalty expert. “That you are always looking for new possibilities.” The entertainment program RTL Boulevard has helped him “enormously to take a nice new path”. “Because that had been going on for a year, I’ve been working there for a year and a half now.”
Snel said goodbye to the EO this year after thirty years. Snel was a permanent fixture of the Blue Blood royalty program for more than twenty years. He will remain “available on call” for this program, the EO reported.
