It’s late, the insider Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic revealed advanced talks between the Cincinnati Reds and Kansas City Royals. The players on the move would be RHP Brady Singer who would leave the Royals for the Reds; while 2B Jonathan India would be a piece for the Reds. Details are still missing for the transaction to be a fact.

The Reds are looking for a starting pitcher and to form a good starting rotation for the 2025 MLB season. Brady Singer Last season he had a healthy year with 32 starts for a record of (9-13, ERA: 3.71); but in the playoffs he was removed from the rotation and served in relief against the Orioles and Yankees. He has control via arbitration for the next two seasons.
On the Royals’ side, they see the need to reinforce second base by 2025. Jonathan India It would be that piece that the Kansas City team sees as a good solution. In 2024 he played 151 games for a batting average of .248, managed to produce 58 runs with 15 home runs connected.
