There was a bit of a stir in the royal family last weekend when the Prince and Princess of Wales engaged in a Nerf battle against their children.

Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six, joined the Gone Wild festival festivities at Norfolk’s Holkham Hall for a high-intensity Nerf battle involving toy guns and smoke bombs.

The thrilling and “unforgettable” Louie ran around shouting “Nerf or nothing, let’s do this!” according to Norfolk Nerf Party leader Georgina Barron.

The Princess of Wales, who is battling cancer, even “grabbed a Nerf gun and ran around and played in the mud with her children,” Ms Barron added, adding that hosting the family was “the greatest honour” and “unforgettable”.

Barron said the royals, who were not photographed at the event, wanted to enjoy “a wholesome family day out like any other normal family.” Kensington Palace has been contacted for comment.

The royals joined the Gone Wild festival at Norfolk’s Holkham Hall for a high-intensity Nerf battle featuring toy guns and smoke bombs.

The Gone Wild festival serves 640 children each day, but last weekend a “very special VIP family” joined in on the fun, Barron said.

“I was called into the production team office and told that a very special VIP family had requested to play a Nerf battle,” Ms. Barron recalled.

‘The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with their three children, came with friends and family. They asked if we could offer a game of high-intensity, non-stop Nerf fun and of course Norfolk Nerf did their best.’

He says Wells, along with his own family and members of the public, ran around the facility with Nerf guns and smoke bombs.

“My sons Euan Barron, Jenson Barron and Junior Barron had the ultimate honour of playing Nerf Wars with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and the adorable Prince Louis,” she said.

Last weekend’s Nerf warriors, carrying toy guns and smoke bombs in tow, were “face painted” and all “charged in together.”

Wells (not pictured) was reportedly running around the facility with Nerf guns and smoke bombs, along with members of the public.

‘The Princess of Wales grabbed a Nerf gun, ran around and played with her kids in the mud. “Come on, Nerf or nothing,” Prince Louis shouted with glee. “Let’s do it!” I’m still amazed at what a memorable experience we had.

Shell Lancaster, who also attended last weekend’s festivities, said she saw William and Kate helping their children “fall over the wall.”

Barron added that the Nerf blasters had “face paint” on and everyone “charged in together.” They also played a game of tag with kids stuck in the mud.

She revealed that the family “had not requested any protocol” and “wanted a healthy family day like any other normal family.”

The small business owner said it was a day “my kids will never forget” and offered his “kindest and warmest wishes” to the royals.

According to Norfolk Nerf Party boss Georgina Barron, the excitable and “unforgettable” Louis ran around shouting “Nerf or nothing, let’s do it!”

Shell Lancaster, who also attended last weekend’s festivities, said she saw William and Kate helping their children “climb down the wall.”

Mrs Barron said it was a day “my children will never forget” and offered her “best and kindest wishes” to the royals.

News of the family’s farewell comes just days after Wales sent a heartfelt message to British Olympians ahead of the end of the Paris Olympics last weekend.

In a rare glimpse of the Princess of Wales receiving cancer treatment, the royal couple recruited a host of stars, including Snoop Dogg, for their uplifting surprise message.

Kate was positively glowing in the 80-second Instagram. like the video Guillermo stood next to him and An unusually rough, unshaven appearance.

In the short clip, Kate said: “Congratulations from all of us to Team GB back home.”

News of the family’s farewell comes just days after Wales sent a heartfelt message to British Olympians ahead of the end of the Paris Olympics last weekend.

The Prince of Wales, dressed in an official blue Team GB shirt, briefly added: “Well done Team GB, you are an inspiration to us all.”

Kate was last seen in public at Trooping the Colour in June.

The Princess of Wales announced in March that she was in the “early stages” of chemotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer.

Before Trooping the Colour in June, she reported that she was making “good progress” but had months of chemotherapy left and was “not out of the woods”.
