Kate and William’s three children follow the same rules that their father, the Prince of Wales, and his younger brother, Prince Harry, followed when they were little.
Royal chef Darren McGrady, who worked at the palace for 15 years, revealed all the details about the rules of the Prince and Princess of Wales regarding their children.
There is a certain set of rules that their children must follow as part of royal protocol, writes express. Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are not allowed to sit at the dinner table with adults until they have learned the art of polite conversation. “This rule has always been in effect – even on special occasions like Christmas,” says McGrady.
In addition, the nannies of royal families, then and now, are responsible not only for disciplining children, but also for “cultivating their taste.”
“The nanny always supervised the menu and made sure they ate well-balanced meals, which not only included lots of healthy vegetables, but also introduced them to new adult foods,” the chef recalls.
As is the case with most children, getting the royal children to eat their vegetables proves to be a difficult task. This was true when William and Harry were children, and this is true now.
