Meghan Markle Sets Sights on New Netflix Show
Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is reportedly diving back into the world of entertainment with a new Netflix project slated for 2025.
According to a Hollywood insider, the former Suits star is keeping details of the show tightly under wraps but sources say the program will revolve around her passions for cooking, gardening, and entertaining.
This news has sparked mixed reactions online. While some fans expressed excitement over the possibility of a new Markle venture, others were skeptical.
“To succeed in Hollywood you need talent and the ability to earn a lot of money for yourself, your agent and brand. Meghan has none,” one skeptic commented.
Another user remarked, "I’m pretty sure that ‘insiders’ were making the same claim about 2024 this time last year!"
Doubts lingered over whether Markle could deliver on this new project. "PR team in desperation mode trying to keep her relevant, more failed business ideas will follow in 2025," one comment criticized.
This new venture comes after a challenging year for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who stepped back from their senior royal roles in 2020. The couple signed a multi-million dollar deal with Netflix in 2020, but their first project, a docuseries called "Harry & Meghan" aired in December 2022 to mixed reviews.
As anticipation builds, viewers will be eager to see if Meghan Markle’s latest endeavor takes root or wilts under the spotlight.
