Royal family book claims Harry and Charles conversation

Alleged revelations about the British royal family come to light in the new book “Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Fight for Survival”.

In the book, one can read, among other things, about a hurtful conversation between Prince Harry (39) and King Charles (75).

Was kicked out

In 2020, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan (42) renounced their royal duties and moved from England to the United States.

“Ignored the cries for help”

While in the UK, Frogmore Cottage served as the couple’s residence, but in March Harry and Meghan were told they no longer had the right to use the property. The house was a wedding gift to the couple from Queen Elizabeth.

The home is located on the royal family’s estate close to Windsor Castle outside London. Harry and Meghan should have been told already in January that they had to move all their things out of Frogmore Cottage.

This message should have shocked Harry and Meghan, according to the book.

Disclosure: – Criticized “that jerk”

Author Omid Scobie describes it all as “a cheap shot from a wounded father bound to an institutional system that is often intolerant of human feelings”, writes Page Six.

According to Scobie, Harry must have become so upset that he told King Charles that it would be difficult for him to see his grandchildren Prince Archie (4) and Princess Lilibet (2).

The author believes that Frogmore Cottage was the only safe option they could take while visiting the UK, as the area is surrounded by armed guards.

The prince is currently fighting in court to be allowed to use bodyguards when his family is in the UK, writes Page Six. He has previously made it clear that he is not comfortable taking his wife and children to his home country without protection.

Put the father to the wall

The book claims Prince Harry called King Charles days after being told to move his things out of Frogmore Cottage.

Then he is said to have asked his father bluntly: “Don’t you want to see your grandchildren?”.

Furthermore, Scobie claims that Charles was quiet for a while before emphasizing that the prince and his family “will always have a place to be when they are in the UK”.

According to Page Six, King Charles has met Archie “a few times”, meeting Lilibet for the first time last summer. The king is said to have also declined an invitation to Lilibet’s christening in California last March due to his busy schedule.

Charming Queen Sonja

Prince Harry has previously explained that the relationship with his brother Prince William and King Charles is turbulent. He has also stated that he is open to reconciliation and that the ball is in “the royal family’s court”.

It may now appear that the relationship between father and son has reached a turning point.

According to The Telegraph, Harry, Meghan and their children, Prince Archie (4) and Princess Lilibet (2), should have called King Charles on his 75th birthday to congratulate him on the day. They also reportedly sent a video clip of the children singing a birthday song to him.
