Another book, ‘Brothers And Wives: Inside The Private Lives of William, Kate, Harry and Meghan’, previously showed that it would concern Charles himself, but that news has not yet been confirmed or proven.
Omid Scobie’s new book – due out on Tuesday, November 28 – now claims that even two members of the royal family expressed their opinions about Archie’s skin color at the time. But the names of the royals will not be announced there either.
King Charles will not be surprised by those revelations next Tuesday. He is already aware and also knows the identity of the royal members in question. Meghan Markle herself reportedly told him what had happened at the time in a self-written letter. The letter in question was said to have been sent shortly after the infamous Oprah Winfrey interview in 2021. According to the book, the letter explained that Meghan Markle believed that “the unconscious bias and ignorance” within the royal family needed to be addressed. In return, Charles wanted to express the feeling in his letters to Meghan that there was “no ill will or casual prejudice” involved.
