Roy Hodgson Stable After Falling Ill During Training; Clubs Send Well Wishes

English coach fell ill during his team’s training, but is now stable and recovering; some clubs have already wished the English coach well

After being informed by Crystal Palace that veteran coach Roy Hodgson had fallen ill after training this Thursday morning, the club came to reassure fans with an update on the English coach’s health status.

«Following the news that Roy Hodgson fell ill during training today [quinta-feira], we can confirm that he is stable and is currently undergoing tests at the hospital. Everyone at the club wishes Roy a speedy recovery,” the club wrote on its official platforms.

The news has generated a wave of solidarity in the comments box of Crystal Palace’s statement. Several clubs, from direct rivals (Fulham and West Ham), to lower levels such as West Bromwich and even clubs outside of England such as Besiktas and Espanyol have already wished Roy Hodgson well.
