North Carolina residents age 18 and older, who have received at least one dose of the covid-19 vaccine, will automatically enter four drawings of $ 1 million each, while four youth ages 12-17 will receive a college tuition of $ 125,000, according to the executive order 219 by Governor Roy Cooper and approved by the North Carolina State Council.
