Kaltenegger has planned eight mostly European films by the end of October. It starts next Monday, September 6th, with the documentary “Die Unbeugsamen”, which uses interviews and historical recordings to illuminate the rocky road that parliamentarians in West Germany had to traverse in order to participate in the Bonn Republic. This is followed every week: “The world will be different” about a woman who falls in love with an Islamist, the comedy “The Perfect Wife” with Juliette Binoche, the school docu “Mr. Bachmann and his class”, the rehabilitation drama ” Home ”, Franka Potente’s directorial debut, the Jack London film adaptation“ Martin Eden ”,“ Via Con Me ”, a bio-pic about the Italian singer Paolo Conte with Roberto Benigni, Isabella Rossellini and Jane Birkin as well as the Iranian Berlinale Winner “But there is no evil”. All films with the exception of “Herr Bachmann” start at 5.30pm and at 8pm. The school docu starts at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., with a discussion round with representatives of the state parents’ council and the state student council before both performances.
