Nathalie, the half-sister of André and Roxeanne, who still lives in Spain, has been trying for years to reconnect with her other family members. A process that did not go smoothly, because Nathalie rarely received a (positive) answer from Roxeanne. Until now, because after her last attempt a few weeks ago, Nathalie got an answer from her younger sister. “I’m glad she kept it up. Last month I received a message from Nathalie. I immediately responded to that,” Roxeanne also confirms in an interview with De Telegraaf.

Shortly after Nathalie’s message, the two sisters met in the Netherlands. For example, they had arranged to meet at Roxeanne’s home in Vinkeveen. In this way, the two could stay out of the spotlight and Nathalie could immediately get to know her sister’s son.

The meeting between Nathalie and Roxeanne went very smoothly. In their own words, the sisters have quite a lot of similarities. “It immediately felt good and familiar,” Roxeanne continued. And Nathalie herself is also happy that she is finally back in touch with her half-sister. “You can imagine how happy I am that we are talking again. We are going to develop it into something beautiful.”
