The Greek oars continue their cruise in Paris. The crew of the lightweight double sculls, Fitsiu-Kondou, secured a place in the final, so we now count “three out of three”. Earlier, the twins Gaidatzis-Papaconstantinou (in the same event) and Bourbou-Anastasiadou (in the double-header) had sealed their ticket.
Zoi Fitsiu and Dimitra Kontou finished second in the 2nd semi-final series they participated in, with a time of 6:57.90.
The Olympic gold medalist of Tokyo in the skiff, Stefanos Duskos, remains to pass, so that we have four finals in the same number of entries. The medal fights will take place at noon on Friday.
