Rotterdam police arrest fugitive drug lord Mehmet G

From the Walloon city of Liège, the drug lord led a criminal organization involved in the importation of large quantities of heroin and cocaine between 2016 and 2020. According to the Belgian judiciary, the gang earned at least 5 billion euros and the criminals were active also in Holland, Turkey and Iran. A pita bread trade was set up as a front.
