Valentino Rossi lack of sip in the first series MotoGP 2021. Performed well during qualifying, The Doctor was a disappointment during the Qatar MotoGP race.
In the Qatar MotoGP, Rossi finished in 12th position. He recorded a time of 42 minutes 39.405 seconds or 10.742 seconds slower than Maverick Vinales who became the winner.
Rossi slipped 8 steps from the starting position. During qualification, the 42-year-old rider was in fourth place after recording the best time when he devoured a lap of 1 minute 53.114 seconds.
The problem with the rear tire was accused of making Rossi unable to make himself perform optimally, Monday (29/3). The same problem was also complained by Fabio Quartararo.
MotoGP observer Carlo Pernat assessed that the two Yamaha factory riders, Maverick Vinales and Fabio Quartararo, performed equally well. Meanwhile, Rossi questionable.
“Two factory Yamaha riders achieved pretty good results, but Valentino made me dream of qualifying, during the race there were problems as usual,” said Pernat as reported by GP One.
“He has to start asking, even as we wait a few more races to understand better.”
“It is very unfortunate for Morbidelli who had problems with rear shock throughout the race, this is definitely not his position. He must not give up because he is racing well,” he added.
MotoGP 2021 will resume immediately this weekend. The Doha MotoGP was staged, also at Losail, Monday (5/4/2021) in the morning WIB. Can achieve better results, Rossi?
