The next installments of A Place in the Sun, promise to be decidedly dramatic since Teresa’s death will be addressed. The previews of the episodes, which will be aired from 6 to 10 March, reveal that Rossella will read a moving letter during his grandmother’s funeral.
Apparently, Silvia will find the letter at Teresa’s house together with a pendant that the latter bequeathed to her niece.
A place in the sun, advances from 6 to 0 March: Othello feels bad
Otello (Lucio Allocca), visiting his family in Naples, will receive terrible news from Indica: his wife Teresa (ed. the actress Carmen Scivittaro passed away on August 14, 2022) he had a heart attack. The former policeman will feel bad after discovering what has happened, and will be immediately taken to the emergency room by his niece Rossella (Giorgia Gianetiempo).
In the meantime the focus will shift to Silvia (Luisa Amatucci) e Michele (Alberto Rossi). In fact, the two will rush to Indica to find out what happened to Teresa but, apparently, they won’t make it in time.
Teresa Deacon is dead
Michele and his ex will discover that Teresa didn’t make it and Silvia he will thus begin to wander around the house in the throes of pain and nostalgia. At one point, she the latter he will find a letter from his mother addressed to Rossella.
In the meantime the tragic news will arrive at Palazzo Palladini, throwing the condominiums into total despair. Apparently though Otellowho was in hospital at the time of his death, he will not immediately discover that his beloved Teresina is dead.
Un posto al sole, episodes 6-10 March: the moving letter
On the day of the funeral, Rossella will move everyone present by reading her grandmother’s letter and wearing a pendant that Teresa had left her in memory of her.
The girl will reveal that she has always adored that little jewel and that from now on she will never leave it.
Later the girl, desperate for Teresa’s death, will seek some comfort in Riccardo (Mauro Racanati), but he won’t find what he’s looking for. In fact, Dr. Crovi, very busy with his work, will not be able to empathize with his fiancée and will appear distracted and unfriendly.
In the meantime, things won’t get any better for Silvia and Giancarlo (Alessandro D’Ambrosi), whose crisis will become more and more profound, while Michele will offer his help to his ex-wife to revive the Volcano.
Finally, Othello will have to make a difficult decision. The previews don’t give many details about it, but it’s easy to hypothesize that the man, now that he’s left alone, will have to decide whether to stay in Palazzo Palladini or return to Indica.
