Rosenheim – Officials of the Rosenheim police checked on Tuesday (November 3rd) a 33-year-old driver from Rosenheim in the area of Enzenspergerstrasse.
The press release in full:
During the check-up, the 33-year-old looked nervous and showed so-called drug-typical abnormalities, such as red eyes. A drug test carried out showed positive results for the consumption of narcotics. When asked about his driver’s license, the driver quickly admitted that he did not have a driver’s license. But that wasn’t the end of it.
There was no longer a valid insurance contract for the vehicle, which is why, after consulting the registration office, it was forced to decommission by removing the registration stamp. Criminal proceedings were initiated against the man for driving without a license, for an offense under the compulsory insurance law, and for fines for driving under the influence of drugs.
