The General Prosecutor of the Republic (FGR) presented its accusation against Rosario Robles, former head of the Ministry of Social Development, in which he requested to impose 21 years in prison for improper exercise of public service.
The accusation was physically presented on Tuesday by the prosecutors in charge of the case before the Federal Criminal Justice Center in the South Prison, due to the volume of it.
With this, the defense of Robles will be seen so that he knows the details and later he will be summoned intermediate audience.
The crime for which the former official is accused derived from the fact that the FGR considered that it was omission by not preventing other officials under its charge from executing the millionaire diversion known as the Master Scam.
