According to the draw carried out during the week, the Rosario team will have the status of local and in the strict regulations, the final will have modifications with respect to the previous elimination phases since, although in the quarterfinals and semifinals, the teams had to define to the winner with the execution by penalty shootout in case of a tie, in the consecrating match this was modified.
