Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy is familiar with Oak Hill Country Club, host of the upcoming PGA Championship next week. He is indeed a member of this golf course located in Rochester, New York.

Rory McIlroy should have a definite advantage on the course of the next PGA Championship (May 18 to 21) where he will try to put an end to almost nine years without a Major victory. The Northern Irishman is a member of theOak Hill Country Club whose route located in Rochester which is for him ” like a second home “, in connection with his wife.

Ericahis wife since 2017, was born in Irondequoit, a northern suburb of Rochester, and earned a marketing degree at Rochester Institute of Technology. Rory McIlroy met her in 2012 during the Ryder Cup where she worked as a transport agent for the PGA of America. After McIlroy fell asleep due to a time zone error and nearly missed his tee time, Erica helped him by getting him a police escort to the course of Medina.
