Rony Vargas was awarded for his contribution to the dissemination of music at the Jesús María Dressage and Folklore Festival.

The person in charge of directing the number was “La Sole” who gave her a typical poncho engraved with her name.

“I want them to give him enormous affection behind the applause, because he was one of the people who did the most for music, for the artists who have the most space. He gave all of us who have just started his radio show”; expressed the artist.

For his part, Rony was surprised by the gesture and appreciated the attention.

“It’s a very special moment for me, because I knew her from such a young age and she was working her way up to become our Soledad,” said the radio announcer.

“We want to deliver this Ronny poncho to all of us, especially to the Festival Commission. To you, thanks for so many years of accompaniment. Many years of chatting about what happens in this place,” added Cristian Bazán.

The moment ended with a return tribute from Rony, which ended with a video clip that redeems the debut of “La Sole” at the festival.
