Ronny Raith followed by Rita Röhrl

Ronny Raith – lawyer, CSU district councilor and deputy district administrator – will succeed SPD district administrator Rita Röhrl, who is retiring. Röhrl will be 70 years old on October 9th. With Ronny Raith, the CSU has regained the district administrator position in the Regen district after years.

After the death of CSU district administrator Heinz Wölfl in 2011, Michael Adam from the SPD followed and after Adam, Rita Röhrl, another SPD politician in 2017.

Michael Adam, who initially withdrew from politics in 2017, was elected as the new mayor of Bodenmais on Sunday and has at least returned to local politics.
