“CR7” is doing less well than in his last two seasons at Juventus, where he had reached 37 and 36 goals, but he manages, this weekend, to reach the 20-goal mark for a 16th consecutive season! The Portuguese had exceeded this symbolic figure during his 4th season at United, in 2006-2007.

Since then, Ronaldo has become a goalscoring machine and has been crowned both in the Champions League and with the Ballon d’Or. No one in history does better than him, since Lionel Messi is at 13 seasons with 20 goals and that he is off to a bad start with PSG to reach the bar of 20 in 2021-2022 (he is at 8 goals).
